I was in Sussex today and I heard on Meridian news that police are being drafted in from all over the country due to the Albion march on Monday and the fox hounds on Tuesday. Whether Labour know what is planned, however, is another thing - we all know how close they are to the people.:jester:

The MPs that were at the football match know all about it.

Tessa Jowell was there.

Funny that because I spoke to quite a few Policemen and Women and most didn't even know when the march was. The police are far more concerned about the Hunting fraternaty due on Tuesday. They were very good to us and most (many were from out of area) were interested in what we were doing there.

Quite a few of the delegates knew about us (including somebody from Gillingham) and were also supportive.

Thats because they're a bunch of trouble making idiots who are far more likely to start a riot than a bunch of football fans.
Sorry, thats another thread isn't it?

Well that's clearly the Police opinion. Pleased to see us though ;)

I did suggest that they didn't feed the Police dogs on Tuesday morning which brought forth more than a few smirks. I have to say that having had some dealings with the forces of law in the US I have to say that our Police do a bloody good job.

Thanks to the Hotels Association, EVERY Conference delegate should have found a card from Falmer For All waiting for them in their hotel room when they checked in.

And anybody who travels in a Streamline Taxi this week and asks for a receipt (ie most conference delegates who have expenses to claim) will find the receipt has a message about Falmer printed on it.

And EVERY Labour MP, from Tony Blair downwards, has received a message from Falmer For All about the Conference Fringe Meeting on Tuesday, plus a nice red badge with the slogan "One Site In Brighton - FALMER"

Top work, Paul Samrah.

That really is fantastic work. Hopefully the difference between the stadium campaign and the hunt-supporters should be very clear to the Labour Party.
