I was in Sussex today and I heard on Meridian news that police are being drafted in from all over the country due to the Albion march on Monday and the fox hounds on Tuesday. Whether Labour know what is planned, however, is another thing - we all know how close they are to the people.

Funny that because I spoke to quite a few Policemen and Women and most didn't even know when the march was. The police are far more concerned about the Hunting fraternaty due on Tuesday. They were very good to us and most (many were from out of area) were interested in what we were doing there.

Quite a few of the delegates knew about us (including somebody from Gillingham) and were also supportive.

Well that's clearly the Police opinion. Pleased to see us though

I did suggest that they didn't feed the Police dogs on Tuesday morning which brought forth more than a few smirks. I have to say that having had some dealings with the forces of law in the US I have to say that our Police do a bloody good job.
