Does anybody know for what game we used the skint commemorative shirt?

I would like to know when we wore the shirt with skint on it which says "team mates 1999 - 2008" in gold above it, if anyone can help?

I have the shirt signed by the squad and have framed it, but want to know which game we used it in so I can find my ticket from the game and put it in there with it...
