What is going on with the football prom / releg this season?

Scotland.....
Inverness C/T have been denied promotion to the SPL due to a supposed ' unsatisfactory' groundshare with Aberdeen. Partick Thistle stay in the SPL instead.

England,Non League ....
Telford go out of business and are forced to resign from the conference.
Margate are thrown out of the conference ( ground not up to scratch apparently ) DESPITE finishing nowhere near relegation zone...
The bottom 3 Northwich / Leigh rmi / Farnboro' all avoid relegation.
Hucknall are denied promotion to Conference ( ground not good enough...)
The Ryman league fiasco RE: Lewes

various League clubs in trouble (ranging from a spot of bother to deep
deep shit).....Wrexham / Leeds / Notts Co. etc

My point being...it seems like the various footballing authorities are moving the goalposts just because they don't like the results on the pitch and dont seem to keen to stop ruthless takeovers of clubs.what a bloody mess English / Welsh / Scot football is in.....( in the lower leagues anyway...i'm sure the likes of Manure / Arse / Celtic / Rangers etc are doing fine thanks very much..)
Anybody have any thoughts?

I hope this doesn't set a precedent (sp?) for the Premiership.

They might not let us in when we win our 4th promotion in 5 seasons. :lolol:

do u reckon we'd actually be allowed in?

IF it ever happened whilst at Withdean, then yes, the ground is adequate.

This sort of thing also happens in rugby as the big boys strive to keep the upstarts out (Rotherham and Worcester anyone?) but it's not new to football - remember Stevenage failing to get promotion from the Conference because their ground wasn't up to it?

It's disgraceful behaviour ... but I fear that we will see more of it in years to come.
