Yes - on my PC. I use it to write DVDs I've authored from home videos... mainly early film of my son.

Recently I have been comtemplating getting a dual layer DVd write. Bigpockets.co.uk sell a NEC model for £72+VAT.

Problem is I cannot find anywhere that stocks blank dual layer media or even an indication of prices.

Rumour prices are £4-5 which is not value for money at this stage, so I may wait until the prices come down.

ebuyer are doing a dual layer writer for 50 quid but as Manx says try getting media for the bloody thing.

I'll wait until I can get them for less than a pound a disc befor eI buy one I think
