And last night I was up at the BBC where I very nerdily indulged in a three way Tweet affair with Marcus Brigstocke and Ardal O'Hanlan whilst we were all in the same room.

I've had a Twitter account for quite some time now, but in all honesty forgot all about it untill reading Bozzas thread regarding NSC down time, so yesterday i went back into it for the first time in ages, i have people following me as well

I signed up, mainly for the reasons stated above. I'm in the media sector, and it would probably be useful at times. But I just can't get into it, and I've never done any 'Tweets'. I imagine your average northener would think it's a very poncey southern pastime.

The whole 'followers' thing just continually reminds me of the Life of Brian. Some people are just desperate for someone to follow, doesn't really matter who it is or what they are saying.
