[Albion] Digital Season Ticket on new mobile phone

Has anyone else had the club reset their digital season ticket onto a new phone? I ask as my phone has died and have just contacted the club to see what needs to happen to make it so.

I had to do this when my son broke his phone so it couldn’t be deleted. Got a new phone, explained the situation to the club and they reset the ticket so we could download it again. Simple process really.
