Did promotion cost us £100,000?

Can anyone remember the details of Leons transfer from Chelsea?

Am I right in thinking, because we won promotion, we now have to pay them £100,000 for him?

Still sounds cheap as chips.. and we all had a fantastic day to show for it as well.

Oi - I'm not cheap

The £500,000 will go some way towards paying First Division wages.

Without bigger crowds next season, we are probably worse off financially - at least in the short term.

But if Sunday helps the Falmer cause, it brings us closer to the financial security that will flow from a "YES" decision by Prescott.

Think of the benefits not the costs. Hopefully the former will be more than the latter.
