Why doesn't Dick answer those e-mails that might include criticism of the club? Is it because he gets too many of them?

I find it quite suprising as any other business that receives letters from its customers reply as a matter of course!

Where are you sending this to? And is it an email, or a letter?

You'll see from the Who's Who that Dick doesn't have a public email. Also, I can assure you he answers to all his letters. Perhaps if you would like to send the letter to me, then I will pass it on, as I'd imagine it's a case of it not being received, rather than being ignored!
