I am sorry but I have lost all faith in the chairman and it is time he stepped aside as he did not even contemplate matching Man Utd's bid for Rooney.

How can Knight claim to be doing right by the club when he allows one of our rivals sign the countries brightest prospect without us even putting up so much as a fight.

Disgracefull.

Totally correct. He ia also damaging the local economy potentially beyond repair. Signing Rooney would've done wonders for Brighton's sex trade but to not even put a bid in is disgusting. All the more so as we train on the University campus; it would have allowed many hard-up students to earn a bob or two thus providingmore graduates in less debt; exactly what our society needs.
