Delivery of Season Tickets

The club told me that season tickets would be sent out this week and after this morning's post neither mine, not my dad's had arrived. With less than 9 days until the Bristol Rovers game, I'm beginning to worry a little.

As a 3 year STH the club have had my money for 16 months and yet I have no ticket! Can you tell me when I am going to get it and will it include the promised DVD for the second half of last season?
