What?

He scored a few for us, set up plenty and then left for a bigger club giving us a healthy £250,000! Then, he goes and scores a winner against a team who could be near us come the end of the season.

It f***ing annoys me that we are having to sell players and being pissed off about it, I don't want him to do that well just yet. It's a bit like rubbing salt into a wound at the moment.

Well we paid £0, and got £250,000 at a time where we REALLY need it.

He scored (a winner) AGAINST a club who could be near us come the end of the season.

I'm glad he is playing well for Ipswich, especially when he's taking points away from teams we need to beat.

He got the assist for their second goal too, just three minutes after coming on as a sub.

""Darren Currie had a terrific impact on the game. I have been aware of him for some years, and it came to our notice before the Brighton game that he was in the best form of his career. It was a tough choice between signing him or David Lee of Oldham, but I think we have made the right choice"

He paid tribute to MM and Brighton in his interview on Radio 5.

Good on yer Darren. Show that idiot Adams (Tony) just how wrong he could be. We believed in you and now so does the rest of the football world.

I still think Currie should have taken the penalty against Bristol City.
