This I just watched this over weekend. It's the US remake of it.

Never seen such a violent, sickening, dark and depressing film. Set on a South London council estate with Michael Caine as a pensioner, it shows gangs killing innocent people just for a laugh whilst high on crack. Portraying realistic life that society wants to pretend doesn't exist I found it engrossing although why the thugs are almost entirely all white is obvious that they don't want to deem the film racist by including a high percentage of black people. Guaranteed to shock almost anyone that watches it.
