I'm gonna toast some crumpets and I'm torn between marmite or bovril...

I find Bovril has more delicate taste to marmite, which if you are too over generous with can completely ruin your crumpet... I'm swaying to Bovril I'm afraid.

I like them when toasted over a real fire, and actually catching fire. Then lots of butter, and a small bit of marmite.
