Converting MP3s

What does it need to be converted to so it can be played on a normal cd player? Is there any software that does this, that i can get for free?

Would Nero, or DVD shrink do it?

Nero does it anyway on the fy, you just select Audio CD when you want to create it and select the MP3s to use, no converting nessecary (sp?)
