Contingency Part3 - Alternative to a 3 hour queue for a paper ticket on Saturday?

Sorry to bug you again, but I really don't have time to spend 3 hours in a queue for a paper ticket on Saturday. If the queue is unacceptably long, can I just apply for a refund instead? I'd rather my first game at the Amex was a positive experience, not a 3 hour queueing in the rain experience.

Shall we see what actually happens first?

This whole Amex move is a once in all our lifetimes experience, and while there may be teething problems, I think a three-hour queue is unlikely.
