Contacting The Club By Email

Has anybody emailed the club recently i emailed them last tuseday about moving my season ticket but no reply yet ? Is this normal or are they beeing slow to reply?

They do respond quite quickly normally (typically within two days)... I suspect they've been a bit inundated due to the Arsenal game recently though

Have contacted them several times including recently - Always had very quick responses (within a couple of hours in working time )

Either customer services or try Paul Rodgers direct - always had a fast and helpful response so looks to me as if your original message has disappeared into he ether somewhere
