I would like to contact damon albarn.

One of our neighbours who works with mentally disabled people, teaching them art, threatre, music is about to retire.

She has done community work in Hoxton, one of the roughest toughest places in the UK.

She is the type of person who should get an OBE, not the drug filled pop stars or someone who can curl a bit of leather.

So I thought I nominate her.

She taught Damon about music and drama. So she's to congratulate or blame.

He has kept in touch with her and has funded some of the charity work she had undertaken.

With his support a gong might be a bit more forthcoming, than just a letter from Joe Public.
