I have just got back from a couple of months in India and am intruiged by this whole Birchall affair? What do the good people of NSC think of potential compensation terms? Surely, terminating his contract in the middle of a relegation scrap could net us thousands? Or am I being overly optimistic? I can't wait to get to the 'dean on Sat. I've got BHA withdrawal symptoms, irrespective of how turd we have been playing

As I understand it, we are not entitled to anything, as that would then constitute a breach of the transfer window system.

He can only move if we terminate his contract, after which we would no longer have any claims to him.
