Spain knocked you out on penalties in 2002.

We are begining to get a bit pissed off about this now. Since 1990 we have been eliminated from 4 out of 6 tounaments by pens. Tonight was extra annoying as we had a perfectly good goal ruled out by that twatt of a ref.
