Club to create Norwich away waiting list tomorrow 9am

The club will open a waiting list at 9am tomorrow for ST holders who haven't already got a Norwich ticket. You'll be charged the full ticket price for your age to join the list, this being refunded if you don't get a ticket. There's no indication of how many tickets will be available, or of how many people will be allowed to join the list, except that the latter is quoted as "a small number".

What's the source of these extra tickets? I presume the club have negotiated extra room at Carrow Road?
