Does anyone else have problems with this delivery company? I had several times where packages disapear and never turn up. Once they didnt deliver the day they should so then after that no one was home to sign for the delivery. Anyway it got sent back to the sender, the item was reordered, and an attempted delivery was made, this time i went to the depot to collect the item, atlast this problem was sorted. the next day another parcel was delivered. this turned out to be the item i had reordered, and the day before they had given me the package was apparantly sent back!

Now today they have sent my item to Swansea! All it was doing was traveling up the M1 from MK to Northampton. FFS!
