CISCO CCIE Exam

Curious if anyone here has tried tried this exam, I failed my first attempt on Monday.

Not quite, did the CCNA a couple of years ago (obviously not in the same league)but these days i'm more IP telephony/voip than networking so didn't progress. Was it the written or the practical? And what was it specialising in? Loads of people at my company have failed it on many occasions, there's one bloke I used to work with who's regarded as one of the best CCIE's on the country who failed his re-cert once. I think the thing is to just keep trying

This was the Routing & Switching practical , failed by about 5%. Spent 90 minutes on 1 bastard filtering question and couldn't get it to work. Tried it again now and got it working in 10 minutes - if only!!1 I'll be trying again next month
