I would imagine it would be easy to do this. Also cant imagine the club doing a refund to you if you used an adult ticket for a child.

Are you in the family stand if so you "should" move out if you upgrade the child to an adult and you then get charged the admin charge on both tickets? I don't bother filling my boys seat for no holiday evening games, shame to have an empty seat but I am not going to pay the addition to move.

You just upgrade it via the ticket office,I have done it a couple of times. If you don't upgrade you get found out at the turnstiles as they indicate different colours when you swipe and you get collared by the stewards.

Corrct and rightly so. A mate of mine got caught trying to get through on a kiddie ticket once and was warned next time they would take action.

Its very simple to call club and upgrade. You will pay the difference between what you paid for that match ST and the full price, which is fair and a good win win system!

I have done it for every mid week game so far this season. If it is an under 10 ticket then it costs £21 to upgrade to an adult. Simply go to club shop/ticket office before the game and they will activate the card for an adult

Done this many a time via 0845 873 0251.

Do the honest thing, and give your club more income,

Often upgrade our family stand U10 ticket for midweek school night games. As others have said, it's a quick and easy process in the ticket office at the ground before the game.

Do you mind me asking if they move you? I'm in the family stand, and took my dad once instead of my son, and they moved us out of the family stand. This was a week before the game though, maybe the trick is to leave it to the last minute.
