Charlton have sacked Bob Peeters after Albion extended their winless run.
The Belgian head coach had his contract terminated this evening.
The Addicks have gone*eight league games without a win after yesterday's 1-0 reverse to the Seagulls.
The contracts of two members of his off-field staff, Patrick Van Houdt and Guy Kiala,*have also been terminated.
Charlton came within inches of going ahead through Chris Solly yesterday before Rohan Ince's header sent them to only*their second home league defeat of the season.
