Hands up i was shouting at mcghee yesterday when he was bout to bring Oatway on( im sure i was not only one) however he had a great twenty mins

charlie im sorry

Well said

There was a ball he threaded down the left-hand wing for the forwards to run on to that was excellent passing vision. If you read some of the comments on here, you'd be left with the impression he couldn't pass 5 yards. Judge poor old Charlie on his performances.

How many of the habitual Charlie knockers went to the game yesterday then? Let's hear ya.

Frankly Charlie is playing better now than he's ever done before, top bloke.

One habitual Charlie knocker here. V impressed with Saturday's performance. His fitness and attitude seem better than ever, well done MM and BB. But it's going to be tough maintaining that level when you're not used to it.

Another Charlie knocker here.

He did OK when he came on, not sure why the midfield was changed as it seemed to be functioning OK and the obvious change was to get a winger on, but it worked as we won the game. Agree on the pass, however there was at least one of his trade mark lunges where the ball went back to their players.

If only Charlie could play as well in each game as he did at home to Plymouth last year. I'll always remember his performance in that game. Marshalled the midfield that day very well, broke up play, and passed the ball excellently but I haven't seen many similar such displays since then.
