So much has been said here about Gus and Tanno, but just beginning to think that our beloved Charlie has also been part of this 'team' that is preparing us for greater times ahead...the 'unsung hero', but someone who Gus always mentions as part of his set up .
So very pleased for him ...a top man who has come back from that horrid injury , and is adding his bit to the new management team.
I have to say, listening to Gus and Tanno , and knowing what Charlie is like, the training and dressing room must be a great work place ....its all adding up for an exciting period in our clubs history !

When Oatway was doing his badges, I though that this was going to be just another 'job for the boys' scenerio, but Gus didn't have to keep him on - he obviously sees something there in him.

A man you would rather have in your dresssing room than the opposition's.

Now I did think that...but watching the game today I thought it was quite a good game plan as it takes one more defender out of the box and creates more space...seemed to be working for us today IMHO...

may I suggest that GP, MT and CO have better footballing brains than you? what would you rather have: a two on one or a cross? or a mix of both so we aren't so predictable?
