QPR CHIEFS STEP DOWN
QPR chairman Nick Blackburn and plc chairman Ross Jones have followed chief executive David Davies out of the club.
The trio all played vital roles in guiding Rangers out of administration and had a close relationship with manager Ian Holloway.
But a major restructuring of the club is under way following Italian agent and businessman Gianni Paladini's multi-million pound investment and they have decided to leave.
Blackburn told the official club website, www.qpr.co.uk: "I have made this decision because I feel the board have not functioned in a manner which I believe to be correct since April of this year.
"I also believe the resignations of David Davies and Ross Jones are not in the best interests of the club."
Director Bill Power will replace Blackburn, with fellow director Kevin McGrath appointed acting plc chairman.
