[NSC] Changing a thread title.

I can edit my posts (useful for appending the team sheet on match threads) but I can't edit the title of the thread if I, for instance, accidentally post the home and away teams in the wrong order.

Mod rights only AFAIK - it's always been like that on NSC and I'm sure other forums I frequent.
