Mine hasn't arrived yet but I wasn't expecting it to. There seems to be something going on with receiving post from the club, it is very hit and miss. I didn't ever receive my season ticket DVD, a couple of away tickets and most recently my Crawley ticket didn't turn up either! I have called them numerous times to make sure they have my correct address but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Very peculiar.

I don't moan too often but it really is baffling to me why the club have left it so late to get these sent out and, even more baffling, is why they've given me utter misinformation when I've asked about delivery. "Yeah it'll be another week or so" - that one was back in June.

ESU ticket just arrived !

Sill haven't received my season ticket and can't make the Cardiff game. Intending that a friend use my seat but now I will be unable to get my season ticket to him in time when it does eventually arrives as I go overseas Sun. Contacted the club this morning and they have immediately arranged a paper ticket in his name for him to pick up on Tues at the ground. Excellent service from the ticket office and much appreciated by me and my mate.

Extreme left is block A, central blocks are E3D and E3E. Rows go alphabetically towards the back.

The steps go though the middle of each block.

I agree I wouldn't want to moan considering what's had to be organised over the last 2 years .. But this one I find a bit silly .. No smart card in post .. Phone call Monday

I know it can't happen at the Amex though.
