At Peterborough, CMS would occasionally take penalties in the absence of Grant McCann. Before tonight, he had never stepped up for us in the stripes and always looked to shy away from the spotlight.

Now, after fully settling into the system with better players to supply him, he looks to have found his mojo! Also, if anyone checks out his twitter, he goes into every game now expecting to score; and is loving the 'C-Gull' celebration.

Whatever was said or done, it's a joy to behold; what a fantastic player we have.

I think he did but he is certainly brimming with confidence at the moment and joint top scorer in the Championship.

If ever there was a firm example of a confidence player, CMS is it.

When confident, he's unplayable: in the right positions all the time pulling defenders all over the place, making good runs, scoring for fun... When out of confidence, he's a hard worker making all the wrong decisions, runs and shots.

From a fans point of view though, whether in form/confidence or out of form/confidence, we love him!
