Aren't they essentially a lobby group serving the interests of big businesses at various levels? In which case, I'd suggest not. But then I might be wrong to associate british lobby groups with the sort of lobby groups that operate in america.

One of their bosses 'stepped aside' recently following allegations of misconduct.
