Carling Cup - Middlesbrough

Whenever Brighton get knocked out of a cup competition I follow the results of the team that beat them until they in turn get beaten etc.

Middlesbrough had to go to extra time to beat Brighton 1-0, 24th Sept.

They won the first leg against Arsenal, last night, at Highbury, 1-0.

Me too !!! thats the only way we can get enjoyment out of the cup these days....in the other comps i'm following Scarborough and Southend.....
