I can't see it on the official site that he has been released, although I did hear from sources at Crawley that they are trying to sort out a suitable financial package with him to keep him there.

Saying that the official site squad still includes Nicky Bridle, who was released and now plays for Burgess Hill.

Wilson Denis scored two last night in a 5-2 win for Crawley. Kevin Hemsley scored the other three. Perhaps the Albion should have kept hold of him too. He is a centre back, yet has scored about 8 this season and is probably top scorer.

With the money saved from NB & CWD wages we can give Rougier some better terms?

Silly me, course we cant, that money will have disappeared already.

what about the money we offered AK? oh yeah, thats gone too?:censored:
its obvious to see we need reinforcements in midfield and a striker, if a new manager isnt allowed to get them then whats the point of challenging for promotion anyway?

There is still money left in the playing budget this season. Coppell admitted as much shortly before he upped sticks.

He was keeping his powder dry so to speak.

The new manager will therefore have some flexibility, although Premiership loan youngsters will still be top of the agenda I'm sure
