Depends who the mate is. If it was a hairy arsed bloke called Dave, then I'd definately feel weird.

I always get off with my female mates. If you drink often with alady this is bound to happen. But sleep with, can be a bit complicated.

You'd definitely be feeling a little queer.

I used to always end up with the same mate at parties, clubs whatever. Even the prom. He's now gay. I don't know what that concludes. I didn't fully sleep with him though.

And now you are dating me, the gayest man on NSC apparently. You need to think carefully about your choices my dear.

OMG, I turned him gay. I feel awful now. I felt awful already, but this has made me feel worse.

I used to think no, but so long as you focus on somebody else when you're about it then you can happily go back to just being friends afterwards knowing that secretly you really wanna f*** her sister.

I've gotten away with it twice this year and neither relationship has yet soured

Done it while incredibly drunk. Not been weird with -her- afterwards, as I later found out virtually all my mates had too, so all the weirdness was there...

There is a school of thought that there's no such thing as platonic mates - just friends of the opposite sex that you haven't slept with yet.

and to extend that - it's also said that men do not have female friends that they don't find attractive.

Girls get alot weirder about these things than guys. I think its more emotional for them, but to be fair, if you sleep with a mate, and everyone knows the score.. whats the problem?

Remember how, if you went with a girl and told any of your mates afterwards, you were a real bastard.

She, however, had already told her mates and they'd told every one of their mates who knew both of you. But, that was okay because she's a girl (?) :dunce:

Anyway - if I feel a friendship with a girl, a friendship that I valued, I usually don't mess it up by shagging her. I might shag her mates though, as they are fair game.
Therefore, if one female friend = several rounds with several of her pals, do the maths!

Have done it a few times with female friends, and it's been great.

But it has got a bit tricky afterwards on a couple of occasions. f*** buddies are marvellous in theory, but you usually get one of you who has bigger feelings.
