If Croatia play like they did in the 1st 10 mins of the 2nd half (vs France) I think we're struggle. Bit if they chuck in another performance like the 1st half I think we may be up for it enough to turn them over!

if before the competition we had been offered the scenario of beating croatia (or even drawing...) then greece, probably italy to reach the european final we'd have been overjoyed.

i'd much rather be in our position than any of: germany, holland, czech, italy, spain and portugal who i believe have it much tougher...

Why do we all assume that we're playing Greece?

If Russia beat Greece by 2 goals and Portugal/Spain draw, then surely Spain/Portugal go through.

If South Korea can beat Spain with home advantage, then so can Portugal.

Greece are pretty much through though - they can only miss out IF they lose by 2 goals or worse against Russia AND Portugal beat Spain. At this level, that is unlikely.

If Greece avoid defeat against Russia, they will qualify for the quarter-finals.

If Greece lose to Russia, they will be eliminated if Portugal beat Spain by a smaller margin than Greece lose to Russia OR if the goal difference is equal (between Spain and Greece) and Spain have scored the same or greater number of goals in all three group matches as Greece.

If Spain avoid defeat against Portugal, they will qualify for the quarter-finals.

Portugal must beat Spain to reach the quarter-finals.

If Spain lose against Portugal, they can only reach the quarter-finals if Russia beat Greece by a greater margin than Spain lose to Portugal OR if the goal difference is equal (between Spain and Greece) and Spain have scored the same or greater number of goals in all three group matches as Greece.
