Mine had to be dug out under general in hospitall. Chest ached after, lips split either aide, couldn't feel half my tongue for 3 months.My word, if you were scared of the dentist before you read this post, you will be absolutely terrified now!
Nothing like putting someone at their ease.
Chest ache due to them kneeling on my chest whilst digging the buggers out I reckon.
