[Albion] Can anybody sit in the accessible area seats?

Asked to buy some guest tickets, the only ones together are in the front row called “accessible seating area available to all”.
Has anyone bought these before for able bodied persons?

I’m guessing the “(available to all)” bit means the seats are actually available to all.

yes once the listing says 'available to all' - anyone can buy and they are usually good seats too
