Inigo Calderon has backed Albion’s fringe men to play their part in the promotion push.
The Seagulls are forced into another defensive change in today’s table-topping clash at home to Middlesbrough, with Lewis Dunk banned after his red card at QPR on Tuesday.
Uwe Huenemeier, pictured, replaces Dunk at centre-half, the German’s first start for six weeks.
Calderon continues to fill in at left-back.
He told The Argus: “All the players here know it’s a difficult season with a lot of games and you know you are going to have your chance.
Albion have used 23 players in the Championship so far this season, a figure which is set to climb in January when Irish midfield capture Richie Towell becomes available and further signings are planned.
