Hope you dont mind me pointing out that the answer "we will make an announcement at the appropriate time" sounds, I hope unintentionally, high handed. Could I suggest more careful drafting such as "plans not yet finalised, but will keep you posted". Reason for the post just a polite reminder that its the customers that count. Ta
