First of all I'm not sure why they sacked Keith Hill in the first place.

Second, Butcher would of been a crap appoitment.

I'm sure he's not even Barnsley's radar but there is only one man for the job... step up Mr Russell Slade!

Cant understand why Sean o'Driscall turned that down , Barnsley must be in a real mess at the moment

Barnsley won't stay up this season, managers are presumably looking at it as being a League 1 job in the Championship. That means defeats, and that means a black mark of relegation on the CV. Whatever the circumstances, it will still be a relegation which won't be forgotten.
