Bush-Kerry Round 2

Well, I'm not Bush fan, but I reckon it was a draw. Kerry did as well as he did last time, but Bush finally woke up and put his case.

Fox News are still disappointed that Bush didn't do better, so it's possible it's a slight Kerry victory, it was close at any rate.

Republicans will be happy that their man did better, Democrats that their man still looks very slick and presidential and is reaching new voters all the time rather than being "defined" by Bush propaganda.

The polling will be fascinating - I think the even polling will continue, which is still great news for Kerry because undecideds always break late for the challenger rather than the incumbent.

ABC news' flash poll gave a very slight edge to Kerry, I think it was 44% to 41%. Haven't seen CBS' polls yet.
Bush did better this time around. I still think at points he was looking agitated and almost like he was getting into the questioners faces. That might not play so well. The town hall style suited Bush better though.
I think Kerry still won this one, but not by as much as the first debate. As you said, it'll be interesting to watch the polls over the next few weeks.
Last debate is on domestic issues. Kerry should be strong on this.
