What were they like? Anyone still on one?

I got to Mill Road about 2pm after checking my phone repeatedly and Google Maps showing it would take around 20 minutes. The steward there said it would be anything from 40 minutes to 1 hour 30 and that it would likely be standing room only. No way was I gonna stand on a stuffy bus for that long, so I buggered off to Preston Park and got the trains instead, got to the ground at 2.40.

Left home at 1.05 and walked to Mill Road P&R about 1.15 (45 mins earlier than normal) no queue, in the Terrace for 2.00.

Coming back, left North Stand Concourse at 5.40, no queue, walked in back door at 6.10.

I suspect the early start helped and maybe I was lucky, but no worse than normal

The football, however ....

Getting on a bus, to and from mill Road, was a dream. Much smaller queues than usual, on one very quickly. But a slow plod along the roads to and from the Amex.

Getting there from edf was an hour from getting on as they went up the a27 instead of through town, but getting home was brilliant as got home at 5:45.
