Bus Park Moan

1) We have to go all the long way round the side to the steps instead of using the nearest ones to the stadium which are reserved for coach users only.
2) When we get to the three rows of steps to the bus park, the middle row is occupied by two stewards telling us to cram in to just two rows of steps. Why can't we use all three rows?
3) We need cover over the queuing areas for the buses. No point having a shiny new stadium to keep us dry if we get soaked waiting for the bus home!
I'm not the one being unreasonable am I?

No, I agree, it was horrible last night with little kids in the queue as well, clearly not enough buses ready. The queues need to be sorted better as people push in from the sides. Still I am not one to moan so said nothing; most people were resigned to it but clearly fed up. It's just another teething problem with the new stadium - I am sure they realise there's an issue with it.

To be honest, i get the coach and its hard enough getting to them without all the park and ride fans cramping up the stairs too.. we have limited time to get to the coach because soon as the police say go the coach has to leave

standing in the rain....i cherish these moments, because you get to chat with new people, and have a few giggles, poke fun at the situation. It was all good. One bloke said make indian p&r buses and people can use the roof.

Fair shout. To be honest it was the closure of the middle row of steps which created a crush while two smug stewards stood in the way that really hacked me off.

I understand, that is just stupid, it is nice when people feel important though, right?

The couple of people walking down the stairs last night didn't really help either.
