Not sure if this has been on here before but.......
I was talking to good mate of mine who has a season ticket at Turf Moor. Last April (2008) when he renewed his season ticket for the the 08 / 09 season, the Chairman promised anyone renewing their ticket that if Burnley got promoted to the Premiership, they would not have to pay for thier ticket. Apparently about 7,000 fans took up the offer, so there will be a hell of a lot (my mate included) of fans watching all Burnleys matches next season for nothing.
