Bt Internet problems

Anybody else struggling with bt Internet in burgess hill area? If I reboot my home hub it works for a day or two then drops out again.

Giving me a real headache now. Can't really work out what's wrong with it

I had BT broadband for a couple of years, which developed an intermittent fault. After a few calls to India, which then involved an engineer replacing a bit of cable outside my gaff, and another 'shortening' a piece of cable at the exchange, to no avail, I did a bit of investigation, and it transpired that my model of router had a 'lifespan' issue, due to diodes burning out. This was also after buying a secondhand replacement off eBay, which naturally, had the same issue, and didn't work also. Best to try a known good hub as a first remedy option

I'm not in Burgess Hill but just had BT infinity installed and the wireless is now slower and poorer signal than before! NOT happy...

I've got BT Infinity installed, best advice would be to dump the home hub.. I had all number of problems until I switched the router with a Netgear WNDR3700

Can't see any issues for Burgess Hill / 01444 area... Service status | Help | BT Business

Have you tried speaking to 0800 111 4567?
