No offence to Stockport, but when Boro sacked him he declared he was only interested in Premiership clubs. Now he's applying to Stockport, Reading, West Ham and anyone else who has a vacancy. Did he apply for the Albion job last time it came up?

A fiver says whichever club he eventually ends up at (if any) will be "the only non-premiership club I'd have come out of retirement for".

I guess this wont come as a suprise to most of us but apparently CP has been interviewed this afternoon on GMR, one of the Manc radio stations. Guess what?


He was apparently totally bladdered out of his head. I am trying to get a copy of the interview and if so and anyone wants it I'll let you know.

Hope he doesn't try to drive back to Sheffield.
