British drivers face £640 speeding fines (in Europe) under new Brussels law

Post Brexit the European Court of Justice will no longer have any legal holding over the UK, so we can't be fined without an agreement

Do you really think they are going to be taking Extradition Procedures for a £640 speeding fine. I very much doubt it. And who is to say that after Brexit the UK Citizens will be governed by them. I was and am very much ANTI Brexit because these are the sort of issues which will cause consternation.

Even at the moment here in the UK. HMRC find it extremely difficult to chase up unpaid taxes for taxpayers who have moved out of the UK back to their countries of origin. There was one footballer in particular who left the UK away back in the early 2000s and HMRC still can't get what he owes them and he isn't all that far away from them in another EU country.
