Rubbish heading the report says Hove not Brighton.
And as we all know the city is Brighton and Hove if the report can't even get the name right it does question the validity of the report.

Could be a lot worse. You could be living in London , the number one most congested city in the UK, where you feel like a goldfish swimming in a bowl and stabbings are a daily event.

West is BEST
Hopeful will be 80% pedestrianised in the next few years. Or a congestion charge so some money can go toward cleaning the dump up a bit.

Good to see that my home town of Mexico City comes in as a solid number 3 globally.....

UK has 39 of the world's 195 most congested cities? - surprising

Presumably a lot of European cities had more of a chance to redesign themselves and be more efficient thanks to the attentions of either the Luftwaffe or the RAF / USAAF around the middle of the last century.

..... or Bristol (3rd.)

yep. fecking major hassle commuting in and out of Bristol, especially as due to kids childcare, i can't get the train.

Out of interest, what's the 2nd most congested place in the UK? It wasn't Manchester or Birmingham.

Or a cheap and full-integrated public transport system?
