I didn't see the programme but let me guess, phrases like:

'magnificent support'

'proper club wiv proper supporters'

'big club, deserves/should be in the first division'

etc, etc

The bloke is a of the first order who ingratiates himself with every group of fans except the ones that matter - his own.

Don't be fooled, he's said the same thing in recent seasons about countless other clubs - I hate the - do you think it shows?

Why have Meridian moved this to lunchtime. Those of us who play on a Sunday morning don't get a chance to watch any more as we are either travelling back from a game or in the pub!

2:30 was great - play a match, a couple of beers, soccer sunday, roast dinner and then fall asleep to whatever the Sky match was before watching the Simpsons - the perfect Sunday
