we have just been driven through the centre of Brighton for the first time in 12 years and OMG what a changed city it is the traffic at 2.30 in the afternoon is horrific 
a bit like London at its worst.
fortunately the line of cars to get into the Royal Sussex car park was not that big, and the children's wards are really a marvel and easy to get at and that place has changed beyond all recognition.
